I have been with my same employer for the past 15 years.  Recently experiencing burnout I decided that I needed to update my resume.  The representative and I met in a class that we were both taking.  She shared with me a little about her business and the services that she provides.  I shared with her that I needed a current resume.  Within a couple of days she emailed me a few questions to answer and then followed up with a phone call. Shortly after that I received via email a finished product to review and approve.  I am very pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, turn around time, and finished product.   She knows her stuff and did a great job in capturing who I am as a professional.
